Spotlessly clean room, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Quiet location, near restaurants and grocery stores, and ocean. Nice surrounding, set in the middle of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at the Yu Lan accommodation! the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the bed was so comfy, and the bathroom was absolutely lovely. the whole place was spotlessly clean, which was a huge plus. We were thrilled to have access to one of the fridges downstairs, which had a freezer where we could store our leftovers. Another great perk was the washer and dryer that we could use. as guests with disabilities, we found the facilities and amenities at Yu Lan perfect for our needs.

The accommodation was beautiful and nice just off grocery stores, and Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators etc were provided. Spotless rooms, its bathroom had a bathtub. I had a warm welcome from the owner.

This place is in a peaceful and exceptionally nice location, only a 10-minute walk from the bus station, and it's situated in an upscale area near everything.

The apartment is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and the coast, and we were satisfied with the amenities, including the freezer and safety measures such as smoke detectors.

The host was so friendly and helpful during our Easter stay. She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed in our room was super comfy, and the bathroom was really nice as well. We also appreciated having access to a fridge with a freezer downstairs, so we could keep our leftovers from Easter dinner.

The only thing I didn't like was that the freezer in our room was a bit small. It would have been nice to have more space to store our frozen goodies.

She was incredibly nice and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. the bed in our room was super comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. One of the best things was that we were able to use one of the fridges downstairs to store our leftovers. It had a freezer too, which was a big bonus!

There really wasn't much that we didn't like, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the freezer in our room was a bit small. It would have been nice to have more space.

The overall experience was mind-blowing, with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The laundry facilities were super convenient, and the express check-in/-out made everything a breeze. We loved the game room and children's play area, and the outdoor dining area and picnic tables were perfect for enjoying meals. The beach access and sun loungers were a major plus, and the spa lounge was a nice touch. The staff at the 24-hour reception were always helpful, and the luggage storage was convenient. our stay was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all expectations!

Staying at Panoramic Ocean View felt like visiting family - we really can't complain about anything!

We had a fantastic stay at Panoramic Ocean View! The host, Yu Lan, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely - everything was clean and well-maintained. We even had access to a fridge with a freezer downstairs for our leftovers. The washer and dryer were a much-appreciated bonus. The only minor downsides were the limited space in the freezer and the small and slightly tricky washer/dryer room. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.
